Montana's Spring Creeks
These fee fisheries located in the Paradise Valley near Livingston provide challenging fishing to selective trout.  These creeks are ideally suited to anglers looking to test their skills and knowledge.

Current Conditions & Fishing Strategy
6-28: If you can find a way to get on to the sping creeks right now, it would be wise to take advantage as the pale morning dun dry fly fishing can be spectacular along with great evening caddis fishing. Don't forget about terrestrials as those trout see lots of flies, but not very many small ant and beetle imitations. If they are not rising, the nymph fishing has been a consistent producer. One thing to always keep in mind out there is stealth, trout are a lot easier to catch when they don't know your there!
